Please help me "Unspecified error occured in AVG"

I received this message "Unspecified error occured in AVG"
then my AVG Tray Icon died. I need to start AVG Tray Icon
to make it alive. This event occured at least once a day.
I don't know what's going on and how to solve this problem.

I use AVG Antivirus Professional 8.5.339 on Windows XP SP3
IE6 w/ Zonealarm 7.0.483.000

Somebody please help me.

I would download the latest version of AVG from and run a repair installation.

Also try disabling Zone Alarm as well just to see if there are any conflicts between the 2 programs. If the problem persists then you know it is not a conflict and can turn Zone Alarm back on.
