HTML/Framer Virus

Does anyone know how I can delete the HTML/Framer virus from my .html and .php files?
I see all that AVG did was move them to the virus vault. I was hoping AVG would delete the code within the php file.

Nope, no program that I know of is intelligent enough to pick out code from within a file like that to heal it.
