Admin Console crash

Postby BillG » Tue Feb 09, 2010 8:37 am

Newly installed latest version of Admin Console worked when I first installed it but now it crashes upon startup, after the splash screen. Upgraded from previous version but since then I've uninstalled and reinstalled. This is on Windows Small Business Server 2003.

I see this in the Event Viewer:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Application Error
Event Category: (100)
Event ID: 1000

Have you tried exporting your database and importing it into a reinstall? It's possible that .dll is corrupt. Try that or see if you can find that .dll somewhere elese. Perhaps google or bing? You can even try emailing tech support and asking them if they can send you that file; assuming it's not specific to your current database.
